凡愛(ài)好服裝設(shè)計(jì)，年齡在18-45歲者均可報(bào)名參賽。

QUALIFICATION

Anyone engaged in fashion design and age 18-45 is qualified to participate.

【參賽方法及截稿日期】

1、參賽者可于2021年4月20日開(kāi)始在http://hmcec.com/ 或http://www.bzylx.cn網(wǎng)上查看相關(guān)資料。2、凡志愿參加者填報(bào)參賽表格，務(wù)必將參賽表格聯(lián)同參賽作品效果圖于2021年8月7日前寄到大賽組委會(huì)；參賽表格可在虎門(mén)會(huì)展網(wǎng)（http://hmcec.com/）、CFW服裝設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)（http://www.bzylx.cn/）下載。海外選手可在寄稿之后將電子稿件發(fā)至郵箱[email protected]。

一、主題：錦繡山河

二、范圍：女裝（面料、材料不限）

三、參賽作品必須是同一個(gè)主題（概念）的原創(chuàng)系列設(shè)計(jì)，每個(gè)系列4套服裝，其中1套為展示個(gè)人藝術(shù)才華和風(fēng)格的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)，3套，配合整個(gè)系列所選擇的主題元素，進(jìn)行商業(yè)化衍生，著重突出商業(yè)價(jià)值和市場(chǎng)潛力。

四、參賽者需提供以下相關(guān)材料：

1、參賽報(bào)名表

2、提交“4”套女裝系列彩色效果圖，“4”套作品畫(huà)在同一張效果圖，規(guī)格(A3:297mmx420mm)，手繪及電腦繪制均可，創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)的一套請(qǐng)用鉛筆標(biāo)注“創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)”。效果圖背面需附上以下資料：（1）左上角附：主題名稱、設(shè)計(jì)思想（不超過(guò)50字）；（2）右上角附：姓名、性別、出生年月、國(guó)籍、畢業(yè)（在讀）學(xué)校、服務(wù)單位、E-mail、聯(lián)系電話（注：所有文字必須用母語(yǔ)和英語(yǔ)書(shū)寫(xiě)）；并附身份證復(fù)印件以及大一寸彩色照片1張（用信封裝好）。

3、正背面款式圖及面料實(shí)物小樣（8cmx8cm）

4、所有參賽材料必須與作品裝訂成冊(cè)。

五、所有參賽材料一律不退，請(qǐng)自留底稿。在參賽期間所繪制的參賽作品及成衣，組委會(huì)有權(quán)進(jìn)行宣傳、出版發(fā)行和演出。

六、來(lái)稿必須是未發(fā)表過(guò)的原創(chuàng)作品，如發(fā)現(xiàn)一稿多投或抄襲，則視為無(wú)效稿件。

DEMANDS ON WORKS

I、Subject: Land of Inspiration

II、Range: Women’swear (all fabric & material available).III、Participants’design should include 4 suits (1+3 mode). 1 suit of creative design that shows participants’fashion style, creativity and aesthetic taste;3 suits of market-oriented designthatpresent strong market positioning and value. The 4 suits must beoriginaldesign and designed under the same concept.

2、Design and complete the series of women’s wear (4suits) according to the theme of the competition. All 4 suits should be drawn on one drawing(A3 Size:297mmx420mm), mark out the creative onewithpencil. On the opposite side: (1) subject, design illustration(maximum50 words) written on the left top;(2)name, sex, date ofbirth, nationality, school of graduation, education, working company, address of working company, E-mailandtelephone number on the right top(all must be filled in your native language and English);one copy of ID card and color photo(as used for passport)should be attached(packed with an envelope and well sealed);

3、front and back pattern drawing;

4、sample of the fabric & material (8cmx8cm).

5、All materials for competition shall be bound with works.

V、Materials for competition will not be returned, please keep the manuscripts. The organizing committee shall have the right to promote, publish and display the works and apparels made by participants during the competition.

VI、The contribution must be the works never published. Such works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript.

1、 評(píng)選分為初賽、決賽兩階段進(jìn)行。

2、報(bào)名截稿后，由評(píng)委對(duì)來(lái)稿進(jìn)行初審，選出30個(gè)系列入圍決賽，入圍作品將進(jìn)行公示一周，組委會(huì)于9月1日后在http://hmcec.com/以及“虎門(mén)服裝”官方微信公眾號(hào)上公布入圍選手名單（參賽選手可查閱初評(píng)結(jié)果），并以書(shū)面形式通知入圍選手制作實(shí)物參加決賽。

SELECTION1、The competition will carry through preliminary and final.

2、 The judges will evaluate the works based on the rules after the deadline; 30 works will be selected for the final,and these 30shortlistedworks will be made public. Theorganizing committee will publish the name list of finalists onhttp://hmcec.com/ or WeChat official account after September1st and notify them with written form to make preparation for the final.

1、 對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)哳C發(fā)獎(jiǎng)金、獎(jiǎng)杯、證書(shū)。（1）金獎(jiǎng)1名：獎(jiǎng)金15萬(wàn)元人民幣，頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)杯、證書(shū)；

（2）銀獎(jiǎng)2名：獎(jiǎng)金各8萬(wàn)元人民幣，頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)杯、證書(shū)；

（3）銅獎(jiǎng)3名：獎(jiǎng)金各5萬(wàn)元人民幣，頒獎(jiǎng)獎(jiǎng)杯、證書(shū)；

（4）優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)10名：獎(jiǎng)金各2萬(wàn)元人民幣，頒發(fā)證書(shū)；（5）入圍者：頒發(fā)證書(shū)。

2、獲獎(jiǎng)作品將在專業(yè)報(bào)刊、雜志及網(wǎng)上發(fā)表；決賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)由有關(guān)電視臺(tái)錄播。

3、（a）入圍選手交通費(fèi)由組委會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)。其中：歐美選手一萬(wàn)元（人民幣），亞洲選手五千元（人民幣）［注：中國(guó)選手三千元（人民幣）］；  （b）入圍選手在虎門(mén)參賽期間由組委會(huì)提供免費(fèi)食宿；

（以上所有獎(jiǎng)金金額均為稅前，組委會(huì)保留最終解釋權(quán)）

ENCOURAGEMENT

1、 The winners will be awarded bonus, cup and certificate.(1) One gold prize: 150,000RMB, cup and certificate;

(2) Two silver prizes: 80,000 RMB, cup and certificate;

(3) Three bronze prizes: 50,000 RMB, cup and certificate;

(4) Ten excellence prizes: 20,000 RMB, certificate;(5) Finalist prizes: certificate.

2、The prized works will be published in the professional journals. The final will be broadcasted on relevant television stations.

3、(a)Finalists’ traveling expenses are covered by the organizing committee with standards as below:10,000RMB for European and American finalists; 5,000RMB for Asian finalists; 3,000RMB for Chinese finalists.    (b)The organizing committee offers free accommodation during the final for the finalists.

Note: Bonuses are pre-tax.
