參賽資格

凡愛好服裝設(shè)計，年齡在45歲以下者均可報名參賽。

一、主題：穿越·邊界
二、范圍：女裝（面料、材料不限）
三、1、參賽作品必須是同一個主題（概念）的原創(chuàng)系列設(shè)計，每個系列4套服裝，其中1套為展示個人藝術(shù)才華和風(fēng)格的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計，3套，配合整個系列所選擇的主題元素，進行商業(yè)化衍生，著重突出商業(yè)價值和市場潛力。
2、4套作品畫在同一張效果圖，規(guī)格(A3:297mmx420mm)，創(chuàng)意設(shè)計的一套請用鉛筆標注“創(chuàng)意設(shè)計”。效果圖背面需附上以下資料：（1）左上角附：主題名稱、設(shè)計思想（不超過50字）；（2）左下角附：正背面款式圖；（3）右上角附：姓名、性別、出生年月、國籍、畢業(yè)（在讀）學(xué)校、學(xué)歷、服務(wù)單位、單位地址、郵政地址、E-mail、聯(lián)系電話（注：所有文字必須用母語和英語書寫）；并附身份證復(fù)印件以及大一寸彩色照片1張（用信封裝好并貼牢固）；（4）右下角附：面料小樣（8cmx8cm）;來稿一律不退，請自留底稿。
四、來稿必須是未發(fā)表過的原創(chuàng)作品，如發(fā)現(xiàn)一稿多投，則視為無效稿件。
DEMANDS ON WORKS
I、Subject: Cross the Border
II、Range: Women’s wear (all fabric & material available).
III、Participants’ design should include 4 suits (1+3 mode). 1 suit of creative design that shows participants’ fashion style, creativity and aesthetic taste; 3 suits of market-oriented design that present strong market positioning and value. The 4 suits must be original design and designed under the same concept.
All 4 suits should be drawn on one drawing(A3 Size:297mmx420mm).On the opposite side: (1) subject, design illustration(maximum 50 words) written on the left top; (2) front and back pattern drawing on the left bottom; (3) name, sex, date of birth, nationality, school of graduation, education, working company, address of working company, E-mail and telephone number on the right top(all must be filled in your native language and English);one copy of ID card and color photo(as used for passport)should be attached(packed with an envelope and well sealed); (4)sample of the fabric & material (8cmx8cm)on the right bottom. The drawings are not returnable.
IV、The contribution must be the works never published. Such works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript.

評選方法
1、 評選分為初賽、決賽兩階段進行。
2、 報名截稿后，由評委對來稿進行初審，選出30個系列入圍決賽，組委會于9月1日后在www.hmcec.com或www.gdfz.org上公布入圍選手名單（參賽選手可查閱初評結(jié)果），并以書面形式通知入圍選手制作實物參加決賽。
SELECTION
1、 The competition will carry through preliminary and final.
2、The judges will evaluate the works based on the rules after the deadline; 30 works will be selected for the final. The organizing committee will publish the name list of finalists on www.hmcec.com or www.gdfz.org after September 1st and notify them with written form to make preparation for the final.

1、對獲獎?wù)哳C發(fā)獎金、獎杯、證書。
（1）金獎1名：獎金15萬元人民幣，頒發(fā)獎杯、證書；同時，金獎選手將有機會獲得全額獎學(xué)金資助前往意大利卡羅世紀服裝學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)一年（研究生課程），獎學(xué)金價值16萬元人民幣。
（2）銀獎2名：獎金各8萬元人民幣，頒發(fā)獎杯、證書；同時，銀獎選手可獲得卡羅世紀服裝學(xué)院廣州分院2年（共640個小時）的“女裝制版與縫紉”周末進修課程全額獎學(xué)金，總價值59800元人民幣。
（3）銅獎3名：獎金各5萬元人民幣，頒獎獎杯、證書；同時，銅獎選手可獲得卡羅世紀服裝學(xué)院廣州分院2年（共640個小時）的“女裝制版與縫紉”周末進修課程全額50%的獎學(xué)金，總價值29900元人民幣。
（4）優(yōu)秀獎10名：獎金各2萬元人民幣，頒發(fā)證書；
（5）入圍者：頒發(fā)證書。
2、 獲獎作品將在專業(yè)報刊、雜志及網(wǎng)上發(fā)表；決賽現(xiàn)場由有關(guān)電視臺錄播。
3、（a）入圍選手交通費由組委會負責(zé)。其中：歐美選手一萬元（人民幣），亞洲選手五千元（人民幣）［注：中國選手三千元（人民幣）］；
（b）入圍選手在虎門參賽期間由組委會提供免費食宿；
（以上所有獎金金額均為稅前，組委會保留最終解釋權(quán)）
ENCOURAGEMENT
1、The winners will be awarded bonus, cup and certificate.
(1) One gold prize: 150,000RMB, cup and certificate. The gold winner has the chance to study at Istituto Secoli (master’s course) in Italy for 1 year with full scholarship of around 160,000 RMB.
(2) Two silver prizes: 80,000 RMB, cup and certificate. The silver winners has the chance to study at the “patternmaking and sewing women’s wear” weekend course in Istituto Secoli Guangzhou for 2 years with full scholarship of around 5,9800 RMB.
(3) Three bronze prizes: 50,000 RMB, cup and certificate. The bronze winners has the chance to study at the “patternmaking and sewing women’s wear” weekend course in Istituto Secoli Guangzhou for 2 years with partial scholarship of around 2,9900 RMB.
(4) Ten excellence prizes: 20,000 RMB, certificate;
(5) Finalist prizes: certificate.
2、The prized works will be published in the professional journals. The final will be broadcasted on relevant television stations.
3、(a)Finalists’ traveling expenses are covered by the organizing committee with standards as below:10,000RMB for European and American finalists; 5,000RMB for Asian finalists; 3,000RMB for Chinese finalists.
(b)The organizing committee offers free accommodation during the final for the finalists.
Note: Bonuses are pre-tax.
