國際大學(xué)生時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)盛典(以下簡稱大賽)是國內(nèi)外大學(xué)生藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)類的專業(yè)賽事,已經(jīng)成功舉辦十一屆,大賽遵循“為‘源·創(chuàng)’助力,為時(shí)尚發(fā)聲”的宗旨。大賽鼓勵(lì)原創(chuàng),激發(fā)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新思維,以創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)引領(lǐng)時(shí)尚發(fā)展、以時(shí)尚理念提升設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)涵,挖掘優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)人才和作品,促進(jìn)國內(nèi)外大學(xué)生交流合作。已成為國內(nèi)外影響力強(qiáng)、知名度高、參與度廣的大學(xué)生時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)品牌賽事。

第十一屆國際大學(xué)生時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)盛典吸引了來自歐洲、美洲、大洋洲和亞洲的15個(gè)國家1022所院校19754名大學(xué)生49898件作品參賽,共頒發(fā)9個(gè)類別386個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng),展現(xiàn)了國內(nèi)外大學(xué)生的設(shè)計(jì)成果,成就了藝術(shù)夢想。

The International Student Fashion Design Gala (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) is a professional competition for domestic and foreign college students in the field of art and design. It has been successfully held for eleven times. The Competition adheres to the principle of“encouraging original design, speaking for fashion creativity”, encouraging originality, stimulating college students' innovative thinking, leading the development of fashion with innovative design and upgrading design connotation with fashion concepts. It intends to identify excellent design talents and works and promote exchanges and cooperation between domestic and foreign college students. It has become a fashion design brand competition for college students with strong influence, high popularity and wide participation at home and abroad.

The 11th International Student Fashion Design Gala attracted 19,754 college students from 1022 colleges and universities in 15 countries in Europe, America, Oceania and Asia, bringing 49,898 works to participate and presented 386 awards in 9 categories. It shows the design achievements of college students at home and abroad, and helps them achieve artistic dreams.

The 12th International Student Fashion Design Gala will hit in 2022, focusing on fashion art, highlighting traditional culture, and rewarding outstanding works. The Competition has 6 regular events (fashion design, accessories, fashion pattern, makeup, micro-film, and photography) and 1 special proposition, the Summer Palace. This Competition tries new technology and new media to explore the new paradigm of fashion design and accelerate the innovation of new generations of original designs, tells the cultural story with heart and affection, works hand in hand with masterpieces to encourage original design, speak for fashion creativity, and win a bright future together.

六、參賽要求

(一)參賽作品整體風(fēng)格時(shí)尚現(xiàn)代,具有較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新性、藝術(shù)性、時(shí)尚性,不能涉及政治、色情、暴力、歧視性內(nèi)容,不得違反中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)的各項(xiàng)條款。

Entry requirements

A. The overall style of the entries should be fashionable and modern, with strong innovation, artistry and fashion. Political, pornographic, violent, discriminatory contents arenot allowed, and all submissions must follow the provisions of the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.

(二)各項(xiàng)參賽作品具體要求如下:

1.時(shí)裝設(shè)計(jì)類:提交作品分為創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)作品或成衣商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)作品兩類,參賽作品至少3套,要求三套主題一致,報(bào)名需提交成衣的高清電子版時(shí)尚攝影片,格式JPG,數(shù)量至少3張。

a.FashionDesign

At least 3 sets of clothing are required, on an identicaltheme, either creative fashion design or ready-to-wear design. Each entry should submit at least 3 high-definition photos of their works in JPG format for registration.

2.時(shí)尚配飾類:配飾包括首飾、箱包、鞋帽三類,每位投稿者限投一類,參賽作品至少3件,要求三件作品為系列作品,報(bào)名需提交高清電子版成品攝影片,格式JPG,數(shù)量至少3張。

b. Accessories

Accessories include jewelry, bags, shoes and hats. Each entry is limited to one category of accessory, with at least three examples of the chosen accessory type required. Each entry should submit at least 3 high-definition photos of their works in JPG format for registration.

3.時(shí)尚圖形類:參賽作品至少1幅,要求圖形設(shè)計(jì)具有強(qiáng)烈創(chuàng)新性、主題性,主要應(yīng)用于紡織、印刷等領(lǐng)域,落在絲巾、服裝、軟性材料等載體,顏色設(shè)置為CMYK格式,分辨率不低于300dpi,以jpg或tif文件格式提交。

c. Fashion Pattern

At least one set of work is required. It should be original work, related to the theme and belong to textiles, printing or other related fields, printed on carriers such as silk scarves, clothing, and soft materials.The entry should be submitted in jpg. or tif. format, and the resolution should not be less than 300dpi, with colors in CMYK format.

4.時(shí)尚化妝類:參賽作品至少1套,要求妝發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)尚、新穎,服裝設(shè)計(jì)符合妝發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)主題,報(bào)名需提交能夠體現(xiàn)化妝過程的視頻,視頻在報(bào)名時(shí)請?zhí)峤簧蟼髦硫v訊視頻的鏈接,時(shí)長為3分鐘,同時(shí)提交高清電子版妝發(fā)攝影片與整體造型攝影片,格式JPG,數(shù)量至少3張。

d. Makeup

At least one set of entries is required. The makeup and hair design should be fashionable and novel, and the costume design should be in line with the makeup and hair design theme. For registration, a videowithin3minutes that reflects the makeup process must beuploaded toTencent Video and the video link should be submitted. And each entry should submit high-definitionversion of makeup and hair photography and overall styling photography of their works in JPG format for registration,and the number shall be at least 3.

5.時(shí)尚微視頻類:參賽作品至少1部,時(shí)長不超過10分鐘,題材可為劇情短片、記錄短片、動(dòng)畫短片、形象宣傳片等,體現(xiàn)較強(qiáng)時(shí)代氣息,報(bào)名需提交上傳至騰訊視頻的鏈接。

e. Micro-Film

At least one film, no more than 10 minutes in duration. Acceptable formats include, but are not limited to narrative short films, animated films, and video essays. All entries should be uploaded to Tencent video and submitted in the form of a link.

6.時(shí)尚攝影類:參賽作品至少2張,以時(shí)尚攝影、創(chuàng)意攝影為主,作品以JPG格式提交,單張照片不低于1000萬像素,保留EXIF信息。

f. Photography

At least two sets of photographs, either in fashion photography or creative photography, to be submitted in JPG format, at a resolution no less than 10 million pixels, retaining EXIF data.

7. 時(shí)尚家居類:限定坐臥類、收納類、椅憑類、照明類家具設(shè)計(jì),可以是單個(gè)產(chǎn)品參賽,也可以是系列(組套)產(chǎn)品參賽,作品需要從創(chuàng)意、市場潛力、工藝可行性、成本等角度考慮。報(bào)名需提交高清電子版產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)展示圖1張,包含產(chǎn)品效果三視圖、產(chǎn)品尺寸圖、色彩及材質(zhì)運(yùn)用說明、應(yīng)用場景圖及作品詳解(200-500字作品設(shè)計(jì)說明)。另,需要提交能充分表達(dá)作品創(chuàng)意的整體效果圖4-10張,圖片分辨率不低于300dpi,格式JPG。

g. Fashion Home Design

Including furniture design for sitting and lying style, storage, chairs and lighting design, etc. The entries can be single products or series (sets) entries. The entries need to be considered from the perspectives of creativity, market potential,technical feasibility and production costs. For registration, one high-definitionversion of product design display image should be submitted, including three views of the product, size of product, color and materialdescription, application scenario and detailed explanation of product (200-500 words of designintroduction). In addition, it is required to submit 4-10 overall effect drawing that can fully express the creativity of the work,and the resolution should not be less than 300dpi in JPG format.

(三)以上1、2兩個(gè)類別的作品,獲獎(jiǎng)之后會(huì)通知寄出實(shí)物作品,大賽組委會(huì)對于因獲獎(jiǎng)郵寄到的服裝類、配飾類作品,參賽完后將寄回參賽者,視頻類、圖片類作品將不再寄回,請各自留底。

C. For the works in categoriesa andb, The organizing committee will return all entries submitted in the form of clothing or accessories to the contestants after the competition. Photographs and videos will not be returned, so contestants should retain their own copies.

(四)參賽選手請及時(shí)關(guān)注大賽官方所發(fā)出的比賽進(jìn)程消息,并保持手機(jī)暢通,以便工作人員對參賽信息的傳達(dá)和溝通。

七、版權(quán)說明

1.原創(chuàng)聲明。所有參賽作品必須是參賽者原創(chuàng)作品,建議為2021年5月1日之后作品,作品內(nèi)容所涉及的版權(quán)問題由參賽者本人負(fù)責(zé),凡涉嫌抄襲或涉及知識產(chǎn)權(quán)問題的參賽作品,將自動(dòng)失去參賽資格;若為得獎(jiǎng)作品,則收回已頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)及獎(jiǎng)金并公告。如造成第三者之權(quán)益損失,參賽者需自行負(fù)擔(dān)相關(guān)法律責(zé)任。

1. Original statement. All entries must be original works of the entrant. It is recommended to be works after May 1, 2021. The copyright issues involved in the content of the work are the responsibility of the entrant. All entries suspected of plagiarism or intellectual property issues will be automatically disqualified; if it is a prize-winning work, the awards and bonuses that have been awarded will be withdrawn and announced. If the loss of rights and interests of a third party is caused, the entrant shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities.

2.參賽作品知識產(chǎn)權(quán)歸屬。所有參賽作品的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)歸組委會(huì)所有,設(shè)計(jì)師享有署名權(quán),組委會(huì)享有對相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)作品進(jìn)行再設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、銷售、展示、出版等商業(yè)用途的全部權(quán)益。

2.Ownership of the intellectual property rights of the entries. The intellectual property rights of all entries belong to the organizing committee, the designer has the rightof authorship, and the organizing committee has all the rights to redesign, produce, sell, display, and publish the corresponding design works for commercial purposes.

注:1.以上所有獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)金均為稅前獎(jiǎng)金且皆有獲獎(jiǎng)證書,具體獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)和獲獎(jiǎng)名額,會(huì)根據(jù)各類參賽類型作品質(zhì)量適時(shí)調(diào)整;

a.All of the above awards are pre-tax bonuses and all have award certificates. The specificsetting and number of awards will be adjusted in time according to the quality of design works of various types;

2.組委會(huì)可推薦獲獎(jiǎng)選手及其作品進(jìn)入北京時(shí)裝設(shè)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)主辦及參與的相關(guān)時(shí)尚推廣平臺活動(dòng),其中包括“京津冀百強(qiáng)青年服裝設(shè)計(jì)師推選活動(dòng)”、“北京時(shí)裝周”、“國際時(shí)尚節(jié)”等活動(dòng)。

b. The organizing committee can recommend the winners and their works to enter relevant fashion promotion activities sponsored by the Beijing Fashion Designers Association, including the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Top 100 Young Fashion Designer Selection, Beijing Fashion Week, and International Fashion Festival etc.

參賽選手將參賽作品高清照片、微視頻鏈接在大賽官網(wǎng)進(jìn)行作品線上報(bào)名,并按要求填寫相關(guān)信息,提交后等待后臺審核通過。投稿時(shí)間為2021年11月10日-2023年4月10日。
2023年4月中旬、5月上旬,為初評與終評階段,將按“網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票+專家評審”相結(jié)合的形式評出獲獎(jiǎng)的作品。最終獲得金、銀、銅、佳作獎(jiǎng)的參賽選手需將作品(服裝實(shí)物、配飾實(shí)物)郵寄,郵出截止時(shí)間為2023年5月10日。

Registration and Contact Information
Participants can register by sending high-definition photos and links of micro-films to the competition official website, filling in the relevant information as required. After submitting, contestants should wait for a decision pending review. Registration will be open from November 10, 2021 to April 10, 2023.
The initial evaluation and final evaluation stage will run from Mid-April and early May 2023, during which works will be evaluated via a combination of online voting and expert review. Participants receiving Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Runner-Up Awards will be required to mail their works (clothing, accessories) to the following address:
